Self-collection is FREE! Only available for the Silhouette CAMEO.
After the purchase is completed, we will get in touch with you to arrange collection date/time/appointment for free 20-min demonstration and consultation (venue at Bedok Reservoir).
Doorstep Delivery is available at checkout. Any overcharge above $5.00 is refunded.

FREE Local Shipping via Singpost Ordinary Mail (no tracking).
Registered Mail Service is charged at +$3.00/mo.
International Tracked Mail is charged at +$6.00/mo to +$12.00/mo depending on weight/kit.

FREE Local Shipping (Tracked) for orders above $60.
Default Shipping is Singpost Ordinary Mail. Local Registered Mail and International Tracked Airmail are available.
Need your purchase urgently? Doorstep Delivery via TA-Q-BIN is available. We try our best to expedite.

You will receive the Tracking Information via Paypal once shipping is processed.
At the moment, we are not able to ship the Xyron Creative Station or Silhouette Cameo out of Singapore.

We process orders (except PREORDER items) within 3 working days.
A Delivery Update is sent to you via PayPal on the same day we ship out.
If you chose Registered Mail Service, you will receive the Tracking Number for your package in the Delivery Update Email.
Ordinary Mail via Singpost typically takes 1-2 working days to reach your shipping address.
Doorstep Delivery is typically picked up by our courier a day after the purchase date, and delivered within the same day, or at most 1-2 working days thereafter.
