Celebrations are in order as Singapore's National Day approaches! Not only that, happy birthday to my hubby, who is an August 9th baby too!
I am excited to share with you two free printable PDFs of new colouring stickers I've designed. The first is themed 'Celebration Time', with champagne, cameras and party invitations complete with yummy party goodies too!
Earlier in July, I was very pleased to complete designing this set of stickers for the launch of a new lifestyle retail store - The Playfair at Marina Square #03-155. This latest addition to Marina Square is founded by our friends Zhiyong and Shimin, the sole-lovers behind kids' fashion shoes Schocs 'n' Schues.
The Playfair is a wonderfully cosy and friendly children's lifestyle store brimming with unique and unusual kids' essentials curated by the pair, who are parents themselves. From fashion wear to accessories and good reads and sensory play kits, there are lots to see and do with what you can find in store.
In collaboration with my all-time favourite sensory play specialists, Tickle Your Senses, we launched a fun new kit exclusively available at The Playfair that both boys and girls will love - Let's Dress Up! This wardrobe-themed kit is filled with tubs of colourful taste-safe playdough, original clothing dough cutters you can't find elsewhere, my originally designed clothing colouring stickers and a Xyron 3inch Sticker Maker. You can even use the clothing cutters as stencils to draw outlines of clothes for the kids to fill in with their own imagination - from patterns, colours to designs.
With August as the month of our nation's birthday, I also couldn't resist designing a set of postal stamps as an ode to some of my favourite Singaporean icons. I was super thrilled that my Xyron 1.5inch Sticker Makers and the national day colouring stickers became part of a National Day Chinese-based Learning Kit curated by the Chinese guru, Joey, of Playlexue. Hip hip!
I specially designed these two sets of colouring stickers for use with the Xyron Sticker Makers. Just print the PDF on A4 paper at home, let the kids colour them and cut them out with scissors. Then run the cut-outs in the sticker makers and voila - you have your very own stickers to celebrate this National Day! Hooray!
