FREE LOCAL SHIPPING ON ORDERS >$40 

All orders are sent via Qxpress Delivery (door-to-door courier). Orders are processed on Saturdays, and collected by the courier thereafter within 3 working days.

Even as we try our best to reduce shipping times, we cannot be responsible for the delivery delays or damages caused by these shipping companies. 

We are currently unable to process same-day deliveries. Kindly contact us at diana@StickieMama.com BEFORE placing an order for urgent purchases. We cannot promise your desired collection time slot is available. 

To avoid delays, please ensure that a representative is available at the stipulated delivery address during working hours to sign for your package.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Default shipping rates are calculated based on total weight via Singpost Tracked International Parcels. However, we are able to ship via Qxpress Delivery internationally at a more affordable rate - kindly get in touch with us for a quote based on your order's total weight. 

Occasionally a package may get lost in transit. StickieMail will not be liable for any lost or delay of international package once they have been despatched.  

RETURNS

All sales are final. We only accept returns due to manufacturer's defects for a 1-for-1 exchange; if the item is out of stock, refund is then applicable. We do not refund, exchange or issue credit notes on sale items, preorder items and gift cards. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. *Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us at Diana@StickieMama.com with your order number and product exchange information to discuss. You may proceed to mail the item back to us upon receiving our confirmation email.
